I wanted to thank you and your wonderful staff for providing such excellent and compassionate care for my father. I was grateful to have a chance to be with him for his last days and it was comforting to know that your staff was available to attend his needs during that time. My father did me the final courtesy of dying shortly before I had to leave before the airport. It was just after your team member had given him a bed bath and changed his sheets, and the nurse had made sure he was comfortable, and they left. It was as if he felt that, now that he was cleaned up and comfortable, he was ready to move on and he knew that I was going home to see his grand-daughter at her high school senior’s award ceremony. He didn’t want me to miss that and he wanted me to be able to leave him with the peace of mind that he was in his final state of repose. Of course, it was just a little bit of a scramble at the end, when my car arrived to take me to the airport, but fortunately your staff arrived immediately, almost at the time as the gentleman from the funeral home, and I knew everything would be taken care of. Please pass along my enduring gratitude to all the staff that helped care for my father.
